Introduction

The operators of this website strive to make their website as accessible as possible on a voluntary basis. Although www.ai-guide.at does not fall under the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) or the EU Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we voluntarily align ourselves with the international standards of WCAG 2.1 (Conformance Level AA) to ensure the best possible access for all users.


Status of compliance with requirements

This website is largely compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. We are continuously working to further improve accessibility and eliminate any remaining barriers.


Non-accessible content

Despite our efforts, the following areas may still contain barriers:

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g., videos, iframes)
  • Older PDF documents or downloads
  • Content with custom script solutions or dynamic components. These contents are partly not yet fully accessible for technical or economic reasons.


Implemented accessibility measures

  • Activation of skip links for improved keyboard navigation
  • Accessible toolbar for adjusting contrast and font size
  • Alt texts for images and tooltips
  • Focus marking and complete keyboard operability
  • Correction of heading hierarchy (H1-H6)
  • Optimization of color contrasts according to WCAG AA
  • Testing with WAVE tool, AccessMonitor and Google Lighthouse


Status of accessibility testing

This website was last tested on 06/03/2025 with the following tools:

  • AccessMonitor 2.1 (Portugal, W3C compliant) – Result: 7.4 / 10 points
  • Google Lighthouse (Chrome Audit) – Result: Accessibility 98 / 100
  • WAVE by WebAIM (https://wave.webaim.org) – Contrast errors and semantic structure improved
